Subscriptions

All subscriptions require a minimum one month notice for cancellations.

Please send cancellation requests to info@minisportscoaching.co.uk

Holiday Camp Bookings - cannot be cancelled and carry 100% charge if unattended without notice. If you notify us in advance we offer to swap days within the same course dates (subject to availability).

Please send requests to change dates to info@multisportscoaching.co.uk

Important note re: payments with childcare vouchers.

If you make payment via childcare vouchers or through the gov.uk tax-free childcare scheme, please email us, include your child's reference or voucher provider so payment can be matched up and avoid you receiving unnecessary payment reminders.

All bookings are chargeable from the point of booking confirmation and refunds or adjustments cannot be given for part-term bookings unless the start date is part way through the term in which case the fee charged will be adjusted to reflect the start date.

Late payments (paid 7 or more days after booking) will incur a £5 per month late charge.
